Betsy’s Sunday School Bible Classics

Betsy’s Sunday School Bible Classics

Stories from the Old Testament restored to their full g(l)ory. Told from the perspective of a child, and adding the perspective of the women, the children and the animals, as well as others silenced in the common interpretations, these stories—in both book and video form—are both fully illustrated and hilarious.

“Hilariously sly and revolutionary! Cuts to the heart of the beast!” –Roseanne Barr

All 8 Bible Classics coming to ipad soon.

So far 2 of the stories have been published (Abraham and Isaac, and Lot (or Sodom)).  They have also been adapted to video as have three additional stories: Noah’s Ark, Moses and the Midianites, and The Priest and the Concubine.  Now for the first time, all 8 will be available.  This includes Job, Adam and Eve (and Lilith), and Jephthah’s Daughter.

The book will be epublished and available at the ibookstore.   Unfortunately, the book is not suited for the Kindle or other similar ereaders as they are black and white and low res.  The book is best enjoyed in high resolution full color - and of course on paper - where you can touch it and recapture the feeling of second grade.
